Our go-to Chinese place, Wing Hoe, will be open ("Open all holidays
except Thanksgiving Day"). Very solid Chinese food the way we
Westerners like it. Best egg rolls anywhere. We sometimes go there to
eat, but their dining room is very odd: if you don't get one of the
nicer window booths, you sit in a rather sparse room lined with
mirrors and with no hint of music or air-conditioning whirr or white
noise of any kind. You sit there and look at yourself and hear every
chew, clink, slurp, and swallow from everyone in the room, as the
highly controlling head waitress, um, controls things: "More water?
Done with plate? Mild or spicy?"

So we prefer to order for delivery.
