I love Reuben sandwiches. I always enjoyed the Polish meals with kielbasa
and sauerkraut (don't remember the Polish spelling) I think there is a
variety that is considered sweet (in comparison). I don't remember the
Polish variety being that tart but it is a tad tart in a good Reuben
sandwich--so that may be a yiddish variety. I imagine the Reuben first
thrived in New York
