I think German-speaking RCs have it a lot better when it comes to Mass
texts. I think they've been able to resist some of the
let's-cleave-to-the-Latin approach.

I like their conclusion to readings: "Wort des lebendigen Gottes" - "Dank
sei Gott."
"The Word of the living God." - "Thanks be to God."
