A fine city -- investing infrastructure,attracting millennial entrepreneurs and 
IT start-ups.

Many cities simply have no forward thinking at all. I suspect in the mountain 
region, Denver and Salt Lake will be real competitors (the latter is fourth in 
the growth of-IT-related companies, after Silicon Valley, Seattle and New York. 
But Denver is in the running.'

It's too bad that many cities (especially rust belt) are holding out for the 
steel mills to come back <g>.
