Re: The recent subject of the defacement of a local Episcopal church
(Grace, Kingston, PA), there was remarkably lengthy coverage of the
parish's Sunday Choral Eucharist of Pentecost.  
 
This was billed as a "healing" ecumenical service.  It all looked very  high
church with crucifers, red copes, chasubles, etc. in high Anglican  style.
There were shots from the rear gallery showing a packed church.
 
It was a lot of good publicity at the unfortunate cost of the  defacement.
 
My cleaning lady, a Roman Catholic saw this and was amazed it looked
like the good old days in her RC parish.
