Thanksgiving menu (I'm cooking):
sole with leeks and lemon in parchment
roasted Brussels sprouts (with coarse salt)
roasted butternut squash (with a tiny bit of brown sugar and cayenne)
farro salad with mushrooms & pecans
guests bringing champagne and pumpkin pie
