My comment was based on the NPR report that she would not allow ANY licenses 
out of her office because they all have her name on them. IMO,  her 
objection is not just her participating, as in sitting down, authorizing 
form in front of said couple. Her concern is bigger than that. AS to people 
being able to 'go anywhere else in the US', that is why the supreme court 
decision facilitates one being able to be married in their own county, or at 
least taking out their license there.  I did not intend snark, but I do not 
agree that what she has chosen to do as a government employee is acceptable 
at all, unless it is a stand that she personally would opt out, while 
allowing others to co the actual face to face work (which I think some 
counties all over may be allowing that at some level at this time, rather 
than claim the spotlight), and that stand would still be a bit edgy and not 
within the context of the new laws.
