I've been doing that a bit with cole slaw. First batch I added peppers to,
next batch, kale. Got tons of tomatoes, but not all that sure about tomatoes
in cole slaw. Maybe cucumbers ... Green beans?

My farmers market soup is in the freezer. Onions, cabbage, carrots,
peppers, green beans, tomatoes, and corn. No meat in this batch.
