...maybe the biggest question in this dilemma is whether your church is
growing at all...
...any and all growth can be a bit dicey always - forced growth can often be
bad, OTOH, no growth + turmoil makes it look like kind of a closed club
where the rules mustn't be broken, "or else". Sometimes being church IS
VERY HARD.
