[Magdalen] PB statement after investigation

I think the nondisclosure of the nature of the offenses is what's
opaque about the letter, but I understand this might be necessary.
Since the issues are related to the work environment, I'm thinking
some sort of harassment made it a toxic environment to work in, for
one or several others. Could be sexual issues, anger issues, or a host
of other things. Or not.
