[Magdalen] help emailing a word document

I used to send two versions. Sometimes even 3.

Word and a .pdf. And sometimes .txt. Did this because one of them would
work for everybody eventually. And the .pdf and .txt files will be readable
long after the version of Word is dead.

And, if you think about it, your .doc (or whatever it is) might be
unreadable by people who have older versions of Word.
