Nor around here (Eastern Pennsylvania).
 
The larger of the two ELCA parishes in the city to the south of us 
is very high church, with Eucharistic vestments and  incense. There
is Eucharist at all weekend liturgies.
 
Years back, before the Latin Tridentines put up such a fuss, a 
group of us chanted the Saint John Passion (arr. Mason Martens)
at this location.  Pretty high church stuff for Lutherans.
