It makes life a lot easier if there is a dispute with a client to be 
able to simply say "X is certified and so qualified to make this 
decision."  If they published levels of pass then the insurers would 
doubtless push for higher levels of pass to offer insurance - or charge 
a higher premium for those with a basic pass.

May you have a good, restful nigh's sleep before, a calm mind during the 
exam and not too many questions where Californa's stricter requirement's 
wouls result in a different answer from federal ones. One question a 
minute on average makes for pressure, but hopefully not too much aand 
your long experience will help in analysing the quesyions to get to the 
important point.
