Right. Their level of membership in the Anglican Communion is zero.
The ACNA isn't the Anglican Church in North America nor an Anglican
Church in North America. That designation belongs to the churches in
communion with Canterbury: the Anglican Church of Canada, the
Episcopal Church.

But I suppose they claim, and some Anglican primates agree, that they
do have some level of communion with Canterbury. They should not.
