[Magdalen] Eastern USA weather

Let me just say this one time.....I purely HATE snow. I had enough of it in
the first third of my life to last me the rest of it. Now I wouldn't care
if I never saw it again. And I really can't stand that a place like this,
which gets it often enough, can't see its way to preparing for it so that
the residents are not completely inconvenienced by it, let alone endangered
by power outages and dangerous road conditions due to improper or undone
maintenance.
