I wonder whether the Japanese might have a myth, whispered among the 
women, of how very sexy their neighbors, the "Hairy Ainu" men are? Would 
be parallel to the myth among White Americans of how sexy Black men are 
(sometimes morphing into the size of genitals), maybe the reason White 
males can get so frenzied about the thought of Black men touching White 
women, for fear they'll lose out in the competition?
