[Magdalen] British actors (was Clerical Beards)

Some men do comb-overs, some just take it all off, when they start 
getting bald.  Beard isn't affected by "Male Pattern Baldness."  Maybe 
they grow them to prove they're still virile, or something.  My s-i-l 
had very long hair for a while, then when he started with the bald spot 
(very young for that) he went to the Take It All Off school.  But he 
continued to shave his face.  I suppose there are some who go that 
direction if they have to go into chemotherapy.  Women are different. 
Most of us never have to deal with baldness, unless it's chemo. 
Fashions are strange, too.  I don't know what's going on with Trump.  He 
has enough money to get the most perfect toupee ever devised!

Personally, I think the comb-over procedure looks ridiculous.
