That's good.  Periodically I see reports of a newborn being found 
abandoned.  This is accompanied by a statement that they want to trace 
the mother for a medical check-up.  The concern again is for mother and 
child.  One of the requirements for a prosecution is that it is in the 
public interest and I think a case like this would be a slam-dunk that 
it is *not* in the public interest to take any action against the mother.
