The Twin Cities are hard to beat.  Much of the big eastern city  culture 
without
the traffic.  And then there are the skyways.  Dwellers in any of  the new
condominium high rises going up everywhere there, it seems, never  have
to go outside during the temperature extremes.
 
But, yes, that climate!
