I had assumed that a bishop is canonically resident in their own 
diocese, but what about the Presiding Bishop whose jurisdiction is 
limited to the Convocation of Episcopal Churches in Europe?  (I ask 
because I believe +Frank Griswold lives in Philadelpgia.)
