I smiled much when I found out you can buy dried buttermilk (in the baking
aisle) to reconstitute at will. Nasty to drink, but wonderful for cooking.
I also agree that chilis and sesame oil and rice vinegar and black sesame
seeds make a much better slaw than the white stuff.
