[Magdalen] Private-ish repository for vestry documents?

I agree and disagree. In most close, communal groups I believe a concise report including what was considered or issues raised and tabled can be valuable in transparency and historical context. How many times have I heard, reviewing previous minutes or needing to re-consider something from the past, "What were they thinking?" (Or not!)
That can be accomplished without a rendering of dialogue, or assignment to personalities.
Our current clerk loves to include, "Report attached," in what she sends me to share with the parish in our monthly newsletter. Only she attaches nothing...
