Precisely - what was decided and factors that were considered in 
reaching a decision.  If someone disagrees with the decision then they 
may ask that their dissenting vote be recorded together with their 
name.  If a report has been received about the children's work or what 
happened at a meeting of the wider Church then any questions that were 
asked.  These added comments promote transparency and indicate that it 
wasn't simply the Rector saying what should happen and everubody nodding 
in assent.
