Precisely - what was decided and factors that were considered in
reaching a decision. If someone disagrees with the decision then they
may ask that their dissenting vote be recorded together with their
name. If a report has been received about the children's work or what
happened at a meeting of the wider Church then any questions that were
asked. These added comments promote transparency and indicate that it
wasn't simply the Rector saying what should happen and everubody nodding
in assent.
