[Magdalen] Medical update (& honestly, getting' a little scary).

I detest pressure cookers (actually I'm afraid of the damn things) but am
eyeballing an "Instant Pot" which is an electric version of the same thing
that promises to be quicker and without some of the hazards of the stovetop
versions.
