[Magdalen] Insurance screw-up.

I often question the accuracy of the CPT codes that were entered by
the biller...I think a lot of procedures are entered at a higher level
(longer office visit or more intense treatment) than reality would
seem to dictate.

But I've also stopped (mostly) panicking about an EOB, especially when
it shows I will owe something I don't think I should owe. Typically
things are magically resolved before the actual bill. That's when I
panic (and complain). :)
