I know someone from California now living in the UK. She said she had 
printed a whole load of papers to print out and then airmail back. I 
hate to think how much that cost her. I am thankful we are spared such a 
plethora of things to vote for, which surely have an effect on the 
turnout. Not only are you faced with so many questions that tke time to 
answer but that time increases the time others wait in line for you to 
finish the process.
