Here in the UK I gather it is concentrated in certain close-knit 
communities, notably those from the Indian sub-continent. In many cases 
there can also be a pronlem with understanding English and the 
importance of finishing the course of treatment even if you are feeling 
better. That can make it even more difficult to treat.
