My manager (in NYC) is tremendous; not surprisingly, her group
consists of lots of highly experienced people. I suspect most are like
me: I'm not going anywhere until Maryann does. Yes, we should always
keep our resumes sharp and eyes open, but it would take a lot to get
me to jump ship before it's the only option.
