[Magdalen] Diet whine

A friend who's gluten-intolerant can eat rye bread.

She buys it at a local healthfood store. It's dense and chewy
and very flavorful. It's delicious, especially toasted.

I bet you can replicate the chili sauce without corn syrup.
I'd be happy to try and advise, because I'm also fond of it.
