Plain unsweetened yogurt should have hardly any saccharides of any kind, as the good little bacteria have used up just about all the lactose, which is the main (only?) carb in milk. I love Chobani's Greek, which has the additional gift of being Ethically Virtuous. And I have no problems with Splenda.

Best with it, dollink --

p.s. I'm making weird cross pendants in copper clay.

So - little or no high fructose corn syrup, fruit, onions, and honey. She also tries to go light on bread, but that may be a separate issue. Maple syrup (the real thing, of course) is a savio(u)r - all glucose. Pretty much any veggie is fine (other than onions), and she lives on yogurt.
