[Magdalen] Diet whine

Lactose is currently on the no-no list. I'm allowed to have lactose-free
milk, and there are some good ones out there. I will be allowed to try
things one by one after 6 weeks. And I found some almond-based ice cream on
special this past weekend, which is yummy. There is also coconut-based
yogurt, but I'm only allowed 1/2 cup of coconut milk at a time, dammit.
One problem is that soy products are allowable, but I don't tolerate them
well, never have.
