[Magdalen] A moderate amount of sodium...

I love fish sauce. The diet I've been on, which I'm now slowly working my
way out of, has had me off soy sauce, and let me tell you, those "coconut
aminos" are just not the same thing >;-(p A little fish sauce did help
though. Soy sauce is coming back this weekend. Garlic was back this week,
yay!!!!!!!!!! To misquote Anita Bryant, a day without garlic is like a day
without sunshine. Onions, however, will have to wait. The are to be among
the last things added, along with ordinary wheat stuffs. I am to try yogurt
next week, and if that is okay I will be allowed soft cheeses such as
ricotta, but otherwise I'm to stick to the lactose-free milk, which I don't
mind at all.
