[Magdalen] Duplicate FB profile??

OK, we all know I was hacked on FB, and someone suggested I might have been cloned. Suggestion that I change my profile, report the clone to FB. Not knowing how to do either of those things--I haven't needed my password since I started the account--I've just ignored the whole thing after telling folks to ignore any Friend requests.  A little while ago I had a note from someone who had apparently called me on FB by mistake and then apologized, saying she'd been trying to remove my hacked profile. 
So my question is: HOW do I do that, if I need to?  I don't know my password, haven't used it, and don't know where to go to change it...
