The  Episcopal News Service had just released a very long statement 
explaining why  the cathedral is participating in the inauguration and prayer 
service.  Apparently they have really been slammed with

It's my guess that the lion's share of contributors to the National  
Cathedral
are blue voters.  As a result the Cathedral may have stirred up a  hornets'
nest by agreeing to sing for Trump's fete and there could be  (hopefully,
