[Magdalen] Flour query.

I use flour, etc. infrequently enough that bugs appearing was a frequent 
problem and cause of lots of waste. I've since learned to keep the very 
small bag I buy in the freezer.

We once had a professional chef (she'd  spent years doing promo pieces 
for some of our high-profile restaurants and renowned chef-authors) 
around the office who, when flour bugs came up for some reason, 
responded just as quick as you please, "Oh, you just sift those out."

Ugh.
