[Magdalen] Flour query.

The label says "best by Oct 2016" The date they put on there is chosen to
assure that unless something horrible was done to it, their product will be
good as gold on that date. Three months afterward, you are no longer
dealing with BEST flour, but it plenty good enough for baking.
