There was an interesting discussion on NBC about Trump's
"base" in the red states.  The problem in getting through to  them
is that, in general (not exclusively!) the base supporters get 
their local news from local newspapers, and local TV news,
but their national and international news primarily by way of
Trump's tweets.  
 
How to break through this arrangement
is a big problem for anyone who would influence the "base"
group's opinions.  The Trump supporters have been convinced  that
network news is unbelievable and hopelessly biased.
