Okay, you computer doctors.  Help me!  Only the left-hand third of 
Facebook shows on the right-hand side of my screen.    Why, and how can 
I fix it?  Words of one syllable, please.  Yes, I checked Display, when 
I found it, but it didn't address the problem.

This happened with my email a little while ago, and suddenly I was able 
to get the full picture by pulling the left-hand side to the left.  No 
such luck this time.
