[Magdalen] frozen shoulder (no Anglican content)

Hugs needed.  I have been dealing with a frozen shoulder for ten months.
Therapy, steroid joint injections, more therapy, nerve blocks into spasmed
muscles yesterday, and more therapy prescribed.   Muscle spasms are
probably contributing to the way my shoulder moves or doesn't move.  It's
also probably time for manipulation under anesthesia, but I won't schedule
that until I see what this round of therapy does.  I have been told that if
I let it go for 3 years, it will fix itself.  Any wisdom on this?
