Mother Egregia suggests you follow an early tradition and observe an "invention"
such as Invenio femuris Sancti Jacobi Apostoli et Martyris which can be found in the catalogue of feasts "Pro Aliquibus Locis"  The Divine Liturgy of St James may be celebrated on the feast of the invention of "any" (Apostle or One of the 70) femur according to the Consuetudo of St Electi the Undecided.
