I don’t think there’s such a thing as an interim bishop—I think that’s essentially what a provisional bishop is. Cady will know.
Was Rosenberg your Provisional?

The only thing that might be a “hangover” from the coup and schism is Shannon’s effort to reconcile with Truro and its rector. The upshot of that, in the opinion of some of us, was that the Diocese in effect backed down and gave the property to Truro—“renting” it back to them for something ridiculous like $1.00/year. That figure could be wrong. I don’t know where the continuing congregation is worshipping now.
