You must be at an Old Calendar church.

I just got home from the Vespers of the Eve of the Dormition and tomorrow
we celebrate the Divine Liturgy for the Feast of the Dormition of the
Theotokos.
This is our feast day at the Dormition of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox
Church in Winchester.

Saturday 11-7 and Sunday 12-7  August 18 and 19 is  our Winchester Greek
Festival. Although I have been helping prepare for it (baking and such) I'm
going to Raleigh, NC,  from Thursday to Monday to celebrate the 4th
birthday of my granddaughter, Rosemary Doris Papaioannou Burrack (Rosie)
and will miss the festival this year.
