Roger, and anyone still following the litigation in SC, here is the entry
Ron Caldwell, historian and author of "The Episcopal Church Schism in South
Carolina", recorded the following in his chronology of this mess:

*" November 19 --- Judge Edgar Dickson, of the circuit court, held a
hearing on DSC's motion for clarification, essentially asking the circuit
court to disregard the SCSC decision of Aug. 2, 2017, and rule on the issue
of the properties anew. The hearing was in the Orangeburg county
courthouse, in Orangeburg, SC. The judge listened to the arguments of the
lawyers on the two sides and said he would rule on the motion in time. He
set aside the other five motions/petitions for the time being. "*
