[Magdalen] Pizza Spices.

I looked closely at a couple of uneaten slices of last night's
pizza, and there appears to be no red sauce of any kind on
it.  Wilfred's Sicilian pizza does have red sauce.  The lack of
a pizza sauce is probably why I'm getting a relatively tasteless
product.  I mean, isn't red pizza sauce just routine?  Would
there be another reason than forgetfulness for not including it?
Next time (and since the pizzeria has no competitors who
deliver, there will be a next time), I will specifically order
red, pizza sauce!

Italian enclaves in the large cities in the Upper Midwest USA.

Our "go-to" pizza joint offers an optional "magic herb mixture" consisting
of Roast Garlic, Sage, Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano. Not sure what makes it
"magic," but it sounds good. This is in addition to the usual spices in the
sauce (probably oregano, mainly).
