Very sorry to hear this, Richard. There are ominous things going on where I
work as well. I may be in the same situation in a couple of months, with a
rather stingy severance package. But I'm praying this will pass.
Fortunately, I live in a place with lots of companies who employ proposal
managers. So there will be options if something happens.

I pray you will find a great new opportunity, Richard. As those who leave
often say later, "There is life after <name employer here>!"
