Is this the same Rev Robert G Trache (Father Bob) that is the subject of the following laudatory biography in 2019

Since 2002, he was married to Reverend Eliza Ragsdale, (Mother Eliza).

It seems Father Bob and Mother Eliza went on with their lives  and continued their distinguished careers.

In addition, what was the resolution of his 5 million dollar suit against the Episcopal Church?
