And, when he stops delaying and calls a hearing, he comes up with some
inane instruction to each party.  This time they are to meet together
without mediation because that always fail, but meet together and determine
what exactly his instructions from the state supreme court actually is.  I
can attest that these two parties will not kiss and make up.
