I ran across this very problem a while ago when I got windows 10. The 
short answer (IIRC) is No, mail won't migrate from Windows Live Mail to 
Windows 10 Mail. I suggest you Google "Windows Live Mail to Windows 10 
Mail", and I'm certain you'll find tons of info.
