[Magdalen] Streaming Services

Our Bishop (Virginia) has directed that clergy not stream worship services
from their churches but may do so from their own homes.  I believe she has
misinterpreted both the spirit and letter of our Governor's directives
regarding "stay at home".

Lots of churches are still streaming from their sanctuaries and, as far as
I can tell, Virginia is the only diocese with this unfortunate policy.
